The MicroFLOW series from Micro-Hybrid offers high-precision gas sensors for industrial gas analysis and safety applications. These modules operate using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology and provide exceptionally stable and accurate measurements thanks to 10-point linearization.

For easy integration, the sensors feature an integrated pressure sensor that compensates for pressure fluctuations and minimizes leaks. The compact sensor design reduces space requirements. A high-quality IR emitter with a long lifespan ensures consistently high signal quality. Thanks to their low power consumption, these sensors are also suitable for use in battery-powered gas measurement devices. The MicroFLOW NDIR gas sensors are ready to measure.
