Precise CO2 measurement in cell incubators with MicroSENS sensors

 

Micro-Hybrid develops high-precision NDIR gas sensors for reliable CO2 measurement in cell incubators. The MicroSENS series utilizes a dual-beam infrared method to ensure long-term stable measurement results.

 

The sensors are placed directly inside the incubation chamber, measuring the CO2 concentration in the immediate environment of cell cultures. An integrated temperature, pressure, and humidity compensation system ensures maximum measurement accuracy, even under changing environmental conditions.

The sensors can be decontaminated directly inside the incubator. With digital and analog interfaces, MicroSENS sensors can be seamlessly integrated into existing incubator systems. A standardized mounting option in the incubator rear wall across all sensors in the series reduces integration effort and simplifies replacement.
