Description

The NDIRsim app is a browser-based simulation tool for developing and optimizing NDIR sensors. Based on the Beer-Lambert law and the HITRAN database, gas, pressure, and temperature conditions can be realistically simulated. Filter properties such as CWL, HBW, and transmission can be directly overlaid on the line spectrum and evaluated immediately.

Additionally, optical path lengths and concentration ranges can be simulated to determine absorption curves and calibration points. The results are available as CSV, PNG, and PDF exports and can be combined with predefined micro-hybrid filters.
