Description
The MTS2SENS44 hydrocarbon is a 2 channel thermopile detector for hydrocarbon (HC) measurement. A narrow band IR filter with a CWL of 3400 ± 20 nm and a HBW of 140 ± 20 nm and the detectivity of up to 1.61*108 cm√Hz/W as well as the sensitivity of up to 39 V/W enable accurate and long-term stable measurement results. The thermopile is suitable for gas measurement applications in industry (e.g. coolant monitoring or process analysis), aerospace and medical technology.
Two detector chips with 44 silicon thermopiles each form the core for this dual detector. The integrated thermistor for reference temperature determination, a ground absorber and an additional reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm) further optimize the measurement results of the dual IR detector.
